Defense secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksha’s Son, Manoj Rajapaksha’s Wedding was held on June 30,2011 at Colombo Hilton Hotel. Manoj’s bride was beautiful Sewwandi Liyanaarachchi who is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chandra Liyanarachchi.

President Mahinda Rajapaksha and first lady Shiranthi Rajapaksha signed as the witnesses on behalf of Manoj and Sewwandi respectively. Senior government ministers, Members of Parliaments, Government officers were also present on the gracious wedding day.
