Nine including eight school children injured in an accident between a school van and a bus in Mount Lavinia, Police told Ada Derana. Three school children have been admitted to the Kalubowila Hospital of which two are reportedly in critical condition.

 The accident has created a major traffic jam in the Mount Lavinia area. The driver of the school van has also sustained injuries.
